I am currently trying to win over lady grey by finding her stupid sisters necklace. I am sure it is in Oakvale but i cant seem to find it anywhere. I checked that little graveyard which i thought it to be at but I still cant find it.

Does it have anything to do with those two dudes in the graveyard that are always seem to be hiding something?
Any help would be appreciated?

Of what I remember you have to dig up one of the graves that's got the usual dig site thingy. Or it might be in the water close to the docks.

Head to Oakvale, then the cemetary. You'll see two people standing in the cemetary. If you sneak and get in the right spot, you'll hear two them mention the location of the stolen necklace.

Basically, the necklace is located on the beach near the cave leading to the bandit area. It's between the two boats. You'll need to dig with a spade to find it (and the area won't come up automatically. You'll have to manually use your spade from the item inventory).

i thought i heard them say that at one point but i think i missed some of it.
