best bard getup?

my take is:

Bladesinger chain +4
Celestial Fury
Black Razor
Cloak of Mirroring
Belt of Inertial Barrier
Amulet of spell warding
Ring of Gaxx
Ring of Free Action
Boots of Speed

Stoneskin, mirror image, improved haste..and all the other spells..

Blade kit

any suggestions to improve this?

Don't you need a harp or something. I kinda thought that was the point of being a bard

yes..youre rigth...though bards have the music ability..it doesnt do much for blades..doesnt improve with levels

but my choices would be the harp of discord and the harp of pandemonium

and the azlaers harp for then panic strikes my friends

and methilds harp to dispell hold..but im unsure if it works against web and entangle

but can he cast spells wearing it?

after what i know its only the bladesinger chain and the lesser elven chains you can do that in...possibly also the melodic chain since its bard only..but the bladesinger is far the best..and it looks cool too..glowing green...just too bad it appears so late

Wouldn't the ring of free action contradict with the boots of speed? Free action prevents spells like slow and hold to take effect, but it also cancels out haste.

Instead of the belt of Inertial Barrier, I'd go with Belt of <xxx> Giant Strength. Replace the Ring of Free Action with a Ring of Acuity or something.

Amulet of Spell Warding...what is that? I don't remember seeing that in any of the games I've played. Is that the one sold by Deidre....? I dunno, anyways I would go with a...a....hrm come to think of it, not many good amulets in the game. The best one is Amulet of Power, but bards can't wear those...so I would use an amulet of...er...Magic Resistance?

despite the text on the ring of free action you can wear it without it cancelling out the boots of speed.and you can improved haste yourself with the ring of gaxx

and if keldorn gets the boots, he also gets the benefits despite his free action plate..so i guess it only effects from spells..not items...and fighter classes gain a 1/2 attack witht the boots
