-Little spoiler including.-

I am actualy going to that place soon, but i just wanted to be sure first.
If i got Edwin and Minsc in party and i will still kill the witch Dynaheir, then will Minsc leave my party? Is it even possible to have them both in a party at the same time?
Please answer me...
Unfortunately i didn`t get the aswer from a previous thread called "why can`t i enter the gnoll stronghold"

It is possible, oddly enough, to have Edwin and Minsc in the same party. I believe, one of them will turn on you in the Gnoll Stronghold depending on your actions. Likewise, you can actually recruit Edwin after the rescue, but the relationship will probably eventually grow tenuous between he and Minsc (I can't remember if there is any trick to recruiting Edwin post-rescue...you might have to have Minsc out of the party briefly).

If you wanna have both Edwin and Minsc in your party, the best solution would be to save Dynaheir, convince Edwin that she doesnt have to die and then get her killed in action :P

I think you can keep Edwin and Minsc if you go save Dynaheir and have her killed before talking to either Minsc or Edwin.

Yes,but won`t Minsc leave when i won`t go to the gnoll fort early?I mean if i kill the witch and then talk to Minsc then he won`t know that she is dead and wants to go and look.So when i go there, there isn`t anyone left to save anymore, and MInsc will probably leave.

I suggest picking up Minsc, rescuing her, get her killed then pick up Edwin.

I do see that you keep calling her a witch, which I find funny. She is a lawful good character and Edwin is an evil character, and a member of the red wizards. He also makes smart ass comments when your rep goes up. Unless you are planning on running a neutral/evil game, I would pick "the witch"

She is supposed to be called a 'witch'. It's not an evil title in this case. The FR country they are supposed to come from is ruled by good witches. Just the female equivalent of Wizards in this case.

And I'd probably recommend the same course of action :)

Try this. Recrut Minsc and save Dynaheir then send her to suicide mission. :( Then talk to Edwin. This was my solution and it worked.
I just love to hear Minsc and Edwin arguing. :D

I have the perfect solution for keeping only one of inseparable pairs. There is a wilderness salesman in the area with the zxvart village . His name is Borda .
He is carrying a cursed scroll of protection from magic. It is a pertrify scroll. When it is time for someone to go I strip them of anything worth anything and I have them show their public speaking skills by reading the scroll. OOOOPS , instant statue. Then if I ever need them, stone to flesh scroll.
