I'm not sure what happened here, and if anyone else had this happen to them and if they found a solution for it, please, let me know. First of all, I realize I made a huge error here, I have ONE save file per character, big mistake, so let's move on. Here's the problem:

I had just finished going through the Naga Temple and procurring Valdane's blood. I went back to Vartugg and he told me to take the blood to the Unholy Arc, yep, did that, talked to the Messenger, GOT the quest log entry with the phrase to enter the Tomb Of Souls. SAVED my game, and shut down. Came back awhile later, started the game up again, loaded my save, double checked my quest log to refresh my memory about where I was going, and BANG, no entry for the Tomb Of Souls. Now I've read on other posts that sometimes you can go back to the Unholy Arc, grab Valdane's blood again, and place it back on the altar, and the Messenger will come down again. Valdane's blood is NOT in the Arc anymore and Vartugg's "away on business". I currently have 2 relics in Talendor, decided to go back to the Ruin and do the Draedoth Temple, grab as many more relics as I could and just come back to this, but this is really making me mad. I've been looking for a save game editor that will allow you to turn certain quests on and/or off, but no such luck, if anyone has one, please, let me know. Any suggestions are welcomed too, just don't tell me to reload a previous save, I don't have one. (BTW-This is my second time through the game, I ran into the Quest Log bugs going through the first time, but I did NOT have THIS problem the first time.)

I think its normal for that quest log entry to disappear. You should head to the tomb of souls and see if you get in. Please don't bit my head off if you have already tried. D

Hey fern, thanks for the reply. No, I won't bite your head off, but, I did already try that, I can't "talk" to the Watcher. The bottom of the screen says "Tomb Of Souls not permitted" or some such thing.

There seems to be a lot of trouble with the tomb of souls lately and I am unsure how or if they are getting resolved. The only other thing I would tell you is that the watcher at the door of the tomb of souls is sensitive to where you stand. If you are too close to the door you won't get the option to talk to him. If you are looking at starting completely over it would be worth a try. Good luck Tass23, D

hey Fern, thanks for the advice bud, believe it or not, I WAS standing too close to the stupid door! Unbelieveable! Well, anyway, I'm back on track, just cleaned out the Tomb Of Souls and killed the Fiend Of (insert Fiend's name here) and got over 1 million AP for him, I thought I was rich, until I started upping things, LOL. Thanks for your help Fern, it was greatly appreciated.
