Yeah this probably has been asked a million times and Im sorry if it has, but i need help with enchanting. I am only level three and have only done my first two blade quests and all my Balmora Thieves guild quests and finished the first Hlaalu quest so I probably wont need enchantments now but I would like these questions answered so I know what to do later.

1. Do I need to know the spell in order to enchant the item?
2. Are diffrent souls better for diffrent enchantments?
3. What are some good spells to put on items?
4. Are diffrent weapons and armor better for enchanting than others?
5. And I dont have the enchant skill but i do have mystisism but its at like 30 so should I go buy SOultrap and some gems so I can train up Mystissim?

BTW: I am a Dark Elf Adventurer who's skilsl are
Specialization: Stealth
Favored Attributes: Agility and Luck
Major Skills Minor Skills
Block Acrobatics
Light Armor Alchemy
Marksman Mercantile
Mysticism Short Blade
Security Speechcraft

It has been asked many times before, as you point out. Please do an advanced search in this forum on enchanting, or enchant. You'll find a lot of material about this.
