how does one go about obtaining the azuras eye soul gem thingy?i heard something about an azuras shrine quest? help?
It's called Azura's Star.
You will be given a quest when you visit Azura's Shrine in Azura's Coast region(surprise, suprise).

Also, use "search" facility. It seems you have as many questions as other members asked before.
