Stuck on Quest

Hey guys! What do I do next? I just found out that I need to find lady ellowyn. So I walked to the elf city, and went into hall of lords but they wont let me in, so I went to girl in fargrove in the tavern, told me to go to bolen fields to find someone, but I cant find that person. Any help on what to do?

Make sure you’re in the right place. The guy you're looking for in Bolen fields is by 3 big tents right in the center of area. If you found the tents look around he has a tendency to wander and get stuck on stuff.
Don't get bogged down looking for Ellowyn, you won't find her for a while. I would suggest concentrating on getting your second tier guild quest done before you get involved with what must be done in Arindale. Though I wouldn't go Skulldoon if you’re planning to be in the mystery guild, just stay west of Fargrove for now. Otherwise there is plenty of trouble to uncover in Arindale. D
PS be sure you keep multiple saves of your game. There are game stopping bugs in Arindale.
