Need clerics to auto heal party when not in combat

What script can you use so that clerics/druids will automatically heal party members when you're just standing around after a fight? My AI scripts don't seem to enable healing unless we're actually in combat. I've tried turning AI off and back on, and chaninging AI scripts. I want my clerics to auto heal after we're done fighting so I don't have to micro manage. Thanks
