I know some of you have the Collector's Edition: the Shopkeeper's Assistant completely.
Now my question is: who is the added NPC? (And what other stuff has this disk got to offer? Is it worth it? I know about the merchants.)
Taking a look at the portraits, my guess would be that it's a half-orc, since it's the only unused portrait.

its very much worth it..the 2 addon discs adds a merchant each deirdre in the adventurers mart and joluv in the copper coronoet..joulv sells icewind dale themed items and deidre torment stuff

the robe of vecna is the best mage robe..its severely reduces casting time and good ac

the harp of ravel
it confuses enemies and blasts them away from you, like a dragon wingblast..very powerfull..can severely disturb the enemy setup and interupt spellcasters..blowing enemies into a perfect fireball location

the merchant file can be gotten from the gamebanshee site..unzip it into the override folder in bg2

I already downloaded the merchant files. But I wanted to know was who the new NPC is.

WHO?
WHAT?
WHERE?

Is he/she decent?
Is he/she of one of the new classes?

Is it Drizzt?
Oh please let it be Drizzt...

you misunderstand..its 2 persons you can BUY from..not get into your party...and dont worry about drizzt...he will show up

I really thought I read somewhere there was a new NPC. It would've been a good idea.

And why aren't there any monks/sorcerers/barbarians//half-orcs in the game? It's like they finished programming the entire game and then decided to add 3 more classes and another race. That's really sad.
Ah well, perhaps in a possible expansion (hopefully a better one then TotC).
