I just finished the Arena quests, beating whisper and such, and im wondering if i can get back into the arena anteroom to buy the bright plate cheastpeice and such seeing as thats the only place i can buy it. But ive been unable to reenter the arena

Once you exit after your victory, you can't reenter the arena. I always thought this was unfortunate. The space really could have been used more in the game.
