something annoying that makes you stuck

I say this to prevent some new players to be stucked! When iplayed icewing dale 2 for the third time i find something very annouing in dragons cave level2 i prefer to kill the wyvern first (the one that got the sword for the quest with the ghost) and then take the quest with the ghost when i arrive to get the item and continue the quest because i have kill the wyvern i cant continue the quest and i stuck! because i didnt have another previus save i start the game for a 4th time and i take the quest first as i do the first and second time i played and then after i spoke to the ghost i kill the wyvern and the item was there and continue the game!
