Thanks

Nope, impossible.

There used to be a bug with Nishruu's (summoned by a wizard) which COULD mess up the charges on an item, wrapping it all the way over to 65536 charges or so ... but they solved this in the latest patch.

Wands are easily recharged. Just sell them before all the charges run out and the vendor charges them up again. THen you can buy or steal the recharged wand and use it to yer hearts desire. The best place to do this seems to be the shadow thieves black market since they put fifty charges in all wands they are sold. And you can steal from them easily enough. ;-P

Thomas is right, but I think any merchant puts 50 charges on it...

Hey, I didn't know that trick! Cool, makes Wands a little bit more worthwhile ... just make sure you don't fire off the last charge on the item. Image

If you sell a wand with more than 10 charges (wand of wonder ) it will only have 10 charges when you buy it back. You can also do the same with other limited charge items.(staffs)
