I am playing BG2 at this very moment but I got a problem.
I am at the druids grove. I have just rested and when I awoke, Jaheira was taken hostagI started fighting, they almost killed her, no I won and she is angry at me. Will the romance will ever become good again, or is the mistake final?

I believe you have messed up. I believe you should have took the choose of letting the bandits attack you not her.If I remember correctly this(letting them attack her) ends the romance with her
