Quarra blood of the masters

First things first...im a noob when it comes to the CS.

Im stuck in the vampire quest where you have to give the Telvanni mouth the quarra blood. I have the blood but no option comes up so I can give it to her. This may be because I took the blood from Druscatchi before I was asked to. I want to spawn another potion of blood but don't know how. I type in player->additem "item_p_quarrablood_UNIQUE",1 but nothing happens.
I know its wrong and need help!

this is it (if you have the item ID right) minus quote marks

"player -> additem item_p_quarrablood_UNIQUE 1"

Having the item does not help if the quest didn't fire.

Do you have the latest patch?
