i finished off the group of magic fanatics, Lord Algorithm I believe, then i went back and spoke to Teos. Morul is supposed to reappear and make random stuff but i can't find him.What did i do wrong?

If you haven't already, try resting and let time pass. I believe that like all quests, you have to wait a bit.
