I found the "Helm of Storms" and it is listed in my inventory as a magic item... what does it do? Thanks...

You can invoke it and you will fire lightning from your hands, just like a celestial lightning spell. It has 3 charges which recharge over time. You can place it in your quick menu and use the lightning without wearing it. It will show in your quick menu as a question mark (?). D
