A great game with great bugs

aaah!!! I have played 2 characters, a mage and a fighter. After hours of playing some bug pops up and my whole game is ruined (My fighter is stuck in a room in a tomb and my mage is stuck in the city with no way out - I did not get the quest, a bug)...
drives me crazy
oh yeah, and there is my MP character who is stuck inside the roof and cant get out
