I was just wondering if anyone had any details on the way the romance with Jaheira comes to a close? I think it is possibly the most difficult one in the game simply because it seems to take forever. I was thinking I had complete the Harper plot to progress the romance further but I decided to wait until Chapter 6 to go on the Harper Plot with Jaheira and what a mistake that was. It is now Day 462 and I am still waiting for Elminister to show up to give the Harper Pin to her. It seemed that the romance dialogues only ever occured whenever I was in the middle of another quest or just coming out for a dungeon but I rest in a forest for 40 days, or travel back and forth between two areas for the same amount, and nothing happens.

If you didn't, just wait till you get to it ... in comparison, Jaheira is sweet and easy-going on the main character ... trust me.

No, I haven't. Don't have any evil party members because I like having the 20 rep. I've been tempted to get her though because I think her portrait is cool.

I finished the game without completing or getting any further in romance with Jaheira .
Elminster never showed up .. After Jaheira exposed Dermin , i was waiting for someting to happen but no conversation developed ..
Well , i think your failor as a lover decreases the chance of romance to go thorough with her . Plus , i don't think she forgived me after i slept with Phaere in Ust'natha .. And if she is effected by a stone to flesh or imprisonement spell ,after you rescue her she leaves the party and goes to the harper hold in docks but you never find her there ..

I say , be patient and try everthing , resting outside the city maybe .. even try walking next to her with party formations .. I finished the game but i didn't feel satisfied because of not completing the romance .

Your misstep with Phaere has been your undoing. Jaheira is kinda picky, and then you sleep with someone else, RIGHT UNDER HER NOSE?? Not a good move ...
