3rd tresure clue help

I know im supposed to kill an assian to get it but i keep on killing them 1 after the other and nothin. Plus i figuerd out a cycle of what the assians give ya.1st doll of u then a potion next is 100 bucks and finally a jet.

You get the clue after you've killed assassins in all five spots.
