what I could not find in the temple catacoms in room 5 is this puzzle in the back of the room, that's all
an other problem, I was too quick so I killed them all at the north beach and cannot give the head of the mandalorian, so I should start all over again then? from point zero

Have you got all the parts? Have you disabled everything on the Temple? If so, then I think you just need to go to the engine room and click on the hyperdrive. That should repair it and you're on your way.

If you dont, go and check the walkthrough, if you still need the parts, or go and check the walkthrough on the temple, if you have repaired the hyperdrive but the ship is not going anywhere.
Good Luck.

I just checked the walkthrough and didn't see anything about a puzzle in that room... are you saying there's one in there that isn't in the walkthrough (it's been a little while, but I seem to recall that room just having the computer), or that there's a puzzle according to the walkthrough and you can't find it in the game (again I don't think there should be a puzzle in that room)?
Well, which ever you are saying, there shouldn't be a puzzle in that room and the walkthrough just says that there's a computer and nothing else. Just guessing, but I'd say you've probably not told the computer to shut down the disruptor field... did you do that?
As far as the mandalorian head sidequest, it's up to you on whether you start over again or not. You get some decent items out of it (though they were inconsequential enough that I can't remember what they were), but at this point in the game it probably doesn't make too big of a difference one way or another.

georges63,
It's hard to tell from you explanations what is wrong, but I'll give this a shot.
Did you use the computer to open the way to the Temple Summit? Are you talking about downloading the genetic data? I'm guessing the genetic data might only be there if you have talked to the Elder Ll'awa which sets up that quest.
If you have already repaired the hyper-drive, you can go to the navigation console in the ****pit and select the star forge. I once thought something was wrong once when I tried this. I think there is a choice for "Star Forge System" and "Star Forge". I kept clicking "Star Forge System" hoping to go to the Star Forge and nothing would happen. Then I figured out the I needed to select "Star Forge". Wow, that sounds so lame, but it actually took me a while to figure it out.
If by "pilot does not move to his seat" you mean that Carth doesn't return to the ****pit, don't worry about it. He isn't suppose to, he stands out there in the "meeting area" (or whatever you call the room where Zaalbar and T3-M4 hang out) with the rest of your party.
PS: I can see as I preview the message that I can't type ****pit. I'm being censored. Look I'm being oppressed! OK, by ****pit, I mean the place where the pilot sits in the chair and flies the spaceship. Rhymes with "dockpit".
