I am curently in chapter 3 of NWN OC
have some Question

1 where can I find " Holy water" ?
2 where can I find "fire beatle " ?
3 what is the "Crystal Robe " ?

1) Think it only comes from shops that sell magical reagents, but I can't remember if any creatures drop it. And perhaps you can be lucky to pick it from some containers.
2) You can sometimes find bellys in a shop. Creatures are somewhat more randomly placed to due the scaling of encounters, so I doubt you'll find any Fire Beetles in chapter 3. (They are more chapter 1+2 critters)
3) It is just a robe for spellcasters which you can create yourself using the recipy found in a tome. I can't recall it statistics.

If you are needing the holy water you need for creating a weapon at the smith's
it is in the urn you find in Chapter 1 in the Lair of the Yuan-ti (the half-snake, half-woman creature that reanimated the dead).

IIRC the other holy water (after the yuan-ti) can be found with Dester the False Helmite. There may be more that I can't remember though.
As for Fire Beetle Bellies the wizard's cottage in Port Llast held some I think.

But you're probably too far in for either

There where Fire Beatles in Chapter 1 Peninsula District, The Tanglebrook Estate's cellar.

There a couple scattered throughout chapter two also.
