I dont have the collectors edition for the bonus merchants. I have been and downloaded the zip file from here as well. I have checked for the 2 files in the correct override folder and both are there. But yet when I play from then niether the two merchants appear in the game. Supposed to be Copper Coronet and Ribalds. But when I go there nothing...
Any help on what I did wrong or how to get them.

You could try....

Downloading EoU... It's a mod that has a component that brings the merchants in.
Or you could Clua the merchants in...

Inasmuch as what went wrong, I've not a clue. Is this a new game that you're checking in? Sometimes locations won't be affected if you've already been there in your saved game.
