I have read the walkthru on this allrady, but I still can not seem to get it. Fire spout SEction, in the center of one room there is the " wind machine" with the crystal floating up toward the ceiling. I am unable yet to grab the crystal no matter how hard I try. Any other hints besides walking backwards into the wind machine?

Walk up to the center turn around and back into it, then jump. Soon as you see the text for the crystal show up in your window spam click the shift key. Or just spam click shift right after you jump. It took a few tries but this method did work for me.
