I'm at the secret academy and something happened that caused the Kreia/Atris cutscenes to not work. Talking to Atton allowed me to jump ahead, but Atton and Kreia are still standing at the lift, instead of imprisoned in the force cells. Because of this I can't "Reclaim" them, therefore I cannot leave.

I've got the savegame editor, but I just can't seem to figure out what I should alter to make it so the game puts them back int their proper place. can anybody tell me? Or do I just have to go back to a previous save-game and hope that fixes it?

Sorry, this issue has come up before, so I say go back to last save point. The game is a pain in this way.

Maybe you should perform a search, since someone else here may have answers for you that I do not.

It's a problem with the Handmaiden's dialog... there is a fix for it
go here for the fix:

install the fix (place it in your override folder) then start the game from a previous savegame before you enter the academy... that'll get you fixed right up
