the little things *spoilers*

WARNING THIS MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS :
since this is my second time around i've noticed more things than before. like in the house full of thugs on the beach, when you go thorough the first room theres something very .....odd, i guess. if you look on the t.v set there is a paused video game, and of course, it's vtmb, it's at the part in the warrens when you fight the tzimise spider creation. has anyone else noticed odd little things like this? sorry just thought i'd ask. also if you use noclip to get behind the gate of the salvage brothers (before you find the business card) and you enter the junkyard the guy throws stuff at you. when you finnaly get to him all he has to say is that recording that you hear on the message machine and your response is " I have no valid response" and it doesnt let you back in after that.
