I have been searching everywhere for this mod "shakti temple fences" and I found only 1 link to where it use to be located (http://home.austin.rr.com/shakti/mor...ktiplugins.htm), but the link is now down.

Does anyone know where I can download this mod at a different location? or if you have MSN or AIM can you please send me the file? Thankyou for your help.

I have already searched every single Morrowind mod site and archive I could for this mod, and had no luck in finding it. The only place that I could research it to be downloaded from was from the above link.

Temple Fences Expanded, by The Happy Anarchist, is a successor to it. You can find it on Morrowind Summit.

Damn, I don't have a fileplanet account. Do you have to have a fileplanet account in order to download it form Morrowind Summit? or is there another place I can download it?

You do need to register with a password and email address (I suggest something like Hotmail). But you don't actually have to buy any kind of account.
Once you get to the download page, click on the free download link (there is also a subscriber's link, which is entirely superfluous because these days there are very few wait lines)
