Solution to skill videos freezing

Hey everyone.

I just got this amazing game for PC (Dont have money for a Xbox, cry)..

When you enter the skillup "portal" (like in the guild map room) you can select skills to level up. When you select a skill to see info, a little 5-10 second video shows to the right showing something related to the skill.

However often the loading of this video sends my PC into a nice 1 minute freeze before loading the video - i have a very new computer and it runs everything else perfectly smooth... I've seen this problem happen on other computers too.

I just wanted to know if someone have info on how to speed up the loading of these files... Like are they compressed into some datafile that can be decompressed.. Some patch fixing the problem...? I'd really like to know, cos 4 of 5 times it goes into a freezeloop and i have to CTRL-ALT-DEL close the game, meaning i have to start over 1½ hour back in the game all the time...

I have absolutely no idea how to help you
but that problem was also in the xbox version of the original fable
it didnt crash the game but sometimes the video didnt load
dont know how that helps but there you go...

Oh.. It seems this problem was pretty easily solved... Installed Mediaplayer 9.0 which updated some codec loading and tadaa everything works perfectly...

So if anyone else experiences this problem, this is the way to fix it...
