So far ive found these effects:
- Slow Motor Reflexes
Blindness
Vomiting
Repeling people
Improving your Drinker Class for 5 minutes
Is there any more?

Not that I know of personally, an effect that you left out is making the person playing a drunk hero laughing uncontrolably

lol the fact that when your very drunk the only reason you know your talking to the barman is when the wobbly green thing in the middle of the screen...
