I`ve got both Jan and Hear`dalis in my party and neither of them got above 16 intelligence so nobody cna get any good spells....
Question: Is there anyway that i can increase there intelligence atleast temporarily to make them able to use all thouse good spells.

There are potions to increase intelligence, but that won't (totally) solve your problem.
HD is a bard, not a mage, which means he only has access to low-level spells. A higher intelligence will remedy that somewhat, but not much.

I`ve dumped Jan for Imoen anyways.... but she`s a few levels behind but it`ll fix over time.....
still would be nice to get hear`dalis to a higher lvl

Bards can only learn mage spells up to sixth spell, so keep that in mind when you teach your mages spells above lvl 6 (7, 8, etc.). What do you mean increase their intelligence to let them use good spells...? Im not sure what you're talking about.

That's not an intelligence restriction, that's a class restriction.
Haer'Dalis will end up with spells slots up to level 6 (Maximum for Bards)
Imoen will end up with spells slots up to level 9 (Maximum possible)
Intelligence won't let you cast more spells or higher levels spells. Levels will give you more spell slots / higher level spells slots. Intelligence only affects the % of chances to write down a spell into your spellbook.

And THAT is where the potions come in handy. If you try to scribe a scroll into your spellbook, but the game says you ahve not enough intelligence: drink a potion and you WILL be able to scribe it.

Jan can learn spell up to 9th lev., although his int isn't very high (as is Aerie's), it will only take a long time being multiclass.
