Yeah, haven't seen him for days on my site or on this one. Anybody know if he's gone or just working too much?
Also, ummm, what's with the messed up New Topic/Reply screen?

The latter is due to an upgrade to another version of vBulletin.
As for Magrus, I have seen him around, just not here.

Hes probably busy with work, buddy, and whatever his roomates were planning on bringing over...
Ah-HAH! My thread killing prowess strikes again! I bet you all that when Mag comes back this place will become something to do with drinking.

If anything, the reprieve from is a nice change of pace. Never seen so much discussion, and idle ones at that, regarding booze. It's as though I were attending a university party!

True, I suppose even nirvana can get boring after awhile

It's like one of those really high energy, bubbly people. You know, the ones you're great friends with, but you can only take so much of at a time. Magus' booze is like that. He's a great guy, but damn, so much booze...

I'll take over.
This rum and coke isn't doing anything for me. I could certainly use a good Long Island; that gets me quite hammered.

Gods I can't wait for 2009. That will be MY friggin year.
Meh, I guess 17 isn't such a bad age, but 21 is obviously a considerable difference. I'm thinkin the first one I'll try is some Jaegar.

The millenium was the year I could legally drink everywhere, instead of just Newfoundland.
Ah, but I never liked beer... whisky for me... and Chim, how did you manage to channel Magrus into making this into a booze thread?
Uh oh, Aegis had responded in the Ramadhan thread. Dare I look, or maybe let Fiona take care of him in the morning...

lol hill I wasn't actually the first to mention booze. And I can't stand beer myself. I love a good strong mixed drink. I got so plastered two weeks ago on just two Long Islands... lol who am I kidding; it took one. The second one was for longevity.

Mixed drinks? I try to stay away from those... Rum, Rye, thats the good stuff for me. Trying to see how many tequilas I can drink before passing out on the floor is not my idea of fun.
No, but you lead it down that path from talking about drinks in genral to... this.

Ah, Fiona and I were doing just that, and you made work for me, why would you... right, I forgot who I was talking to...
What are you doing up at 2 in the morning, young man? You should be in your bed!

Well, let's see. I'm a 20 year old university student. I sleep until noon, and stay out until 4. It's a good life

Meanwhile, I, who worked my butt off (and partied more, and I issue a word known only to two people on this board...
Saugeen... ooh, and that good Heavy Metal bar down on, um, fifth? I dont know the street names, I just walked.) to get two degrees in the sciences, still work my butt off in the hopes of finding something useful top fight cancer with.
You evil, evil, evil man. Oh well, I have seen more and done more than you ever will. Or could even imagine... and use the part of your mind you use when adressing DFs while you are reading that...
So... tired... oh, great, now Iks posted something in the
fasting thread... and just after I read yours...

I don't know, working with Natives, I see a lot of weird stuff... The scariest is when I witnessed a man satisfying a goat... That was just down right unsettling...

Who now was satisfying a goat? *shiver* I thought my line of work tends to be warped...
Actuaklly, ancient art has sculptures of ancient people (Fas, since it is Ramadhan, read no further) who are shown in erotic postions with anything from inanimate objects to woman to animals... really scary how big a part it played in their lives... but then again, you probably know about all this...
Or did they let BS loose again?
EDIT- Or DW. Or any of thos old crowd people, you never know...

Time for me to leave... are we supposed to leave this around for Marus, or something?
Oh good! a thread well on its way to corruption without *any* influence from me. This just proves what I've been trying to say, *everyone* at SYM is an utter pervert.
Though.... I suppose given the subject of this thread, none of the content herein should come as a shock
Speaking of goats...
Years ago, my SO worked at our Ministry of Health Information line... As you might imagine, some of the questions he got (as well as some of the information *he* received) was... erm.. "interesting."
One day he got a call from a guy who was trying to find out how he could obtain "health coverage" for his goat..... And then the guy's next question involved maternity benefits
i take offence to this! im not utterly perverted! just mostly

and why should this be a shock, if everyone here is so perverted as you say, it should be a normalcy(sp?) here lol
and why would someone ask about maternity bene..... ya know, im not going to ask because this is going to lead to nightmares. thanks DW!
and it could be worse, we could be talking of sacrificing children to scare religious nuts away

(sorry Fas

)
