Hi all,

I know I'm supposed to talk to everyone in town to get information about this Necklace and then go talk to Lady Grey. I also know that someone is supposed to tell me that it is in Oakvale. However, I've talked to the gal by the jail several times talked to every one who has a green ball on the map several times and no one will tell me any more about the necklace and Lady Grey keeps asking me if I've found anything out. There was a guy by the gate who mentioned something about the Grey House but now he's gone. Have I missed something or have I run into a glitch?

Would appreciate any help I can get.

I believe if you go to Bowerstone South, and talk to the little girl, she's supposed to know where you're supposed to go. But I could be wrong, so don't get mad if I am.

Nope , you're correct Devour.
You're supposed to talk to the girl standing in front of the bench , next to the fountain. She will tell you where it is.
If you can't find the neclace , dig a bit deeper in the forums

I think talking to the girl by the jail is optional. There are four guys you need to talk to, and it sounds like you've missed one. IIRC, one is by the gate, one is in the shop, one is in front of a house, and one is inside a house.

Thank you all for your help. I talked to all four guys in Bowerstone North and got no reference to Oakvale, I couldn't find a little girl or a fountain in Bowerstone South and since I read the walkthru and knew where the necklace was I figured I'd just try digging there. To make a long story short I got the necklace without anyone in the game telling me where it was. Don't know why I couldn't get the appropriate triggers but at least I can progress in the quest.
