Heya,

I think my game is kinda bugged, playing it on insane, its quite hard as it is (with the bosses . But atm im at the River Caves and i cant get my party members to rest, anywhere i go its, you may not rest at this time. Having no more spells and my potions almost gone im kinda lost now , any1 had this befor, what can i do about it?

It's not a bug, I'm pretty sure. The game won't let you rest in extra dangerous areas, and the spawning/wandering hook horrors in the River Caves make it more dangerous than more "normal" wilderness areas. Try heading back to a previous map to rest.

Thats not possible :< i hate it, allready lost one of my party members and well, no more healing possible, how the **** will i make it :'(?

IIRC, the white wyrm cave is safe to rest. Just go back to the area you first appeared when going into the caves and move your cursor around. It should show a way to go up again.
