My favorite is the Spectator Beholder. That mono-ocular friend is so funny. I ran into him in the Sendai enclave.

You know the dialogue you can get into with him in Sendai's enclave, you ask him what he is going to do, I half expected him to say:
"WHASSSSSSSSUUUUUUUUPPPPPPPPPPPPP!"
Or
"Nothin, just watching the game havin a ***"
"WHASSSSSSSSUUUUUUUUPPPPPPPPPPPPP!"

Hes in 2 places, Sahaguin city and Sendai's layer, you can't miss him.

Oh, there are so many. Korgan and Lilarcor are both funny in a gruesome sort of way, and of course Minsc and Jan are obvious answers.

I used to think Minsc was funny until he started yelling every 2 seconds when my rep went over 16. I thought Cespenar and the spectator beholder were the funniest. I also thought all the bad guys were funny that thought my level 20+ party were going to loose to them.

Yeah Minsc is kinda fun in the beginning... preetty annoying later on.
The most funniest NPC... tiax perhaps? raving lunies are generally good fun. That beholder is cool one btw
hmmmm when Edwin turns female the comments are quite fun from Viconia i think it was, and Korgan of course!

Cespanar is by far the funniest IMO. I laugh everytime he rummages through my pack

When edwin gets his paws on the nether scroll he turns himself into a woman by mistake and he gets a few well placed comments...
