Character size
What, if any, is the relationship between eating and your character's size. Are you able to muscle up somehow?

There should be a scroll that kind of... Shimmers? On the shelf that is by the warden's side. You need to sneak by him, and keep watch on the two meters on your right. If either get's filled, you lost your chance.

The scroll is pinned up on a bulletin board/message board type thing on the wall to the warden's left I think. And yeah, watch the two meters carefully and use "creep".
