Anyone having problem in opening his locked cabinet...? Is this a bug

PS : I have stolen the key from him, no problem opening the door to his room...

I used magic on the thing, as I recall. Worked fine.

Maybe your lockpick skill just isn't high enough? Arcanum requires huge lockpick values to get things open.
