Since Berethor was quite specific about not including mods in his themed party thread, I felt it best to begin a separate thread, since I like using NPC mods
Note, there is a cross-mod banter pack mod out there, which facilitates some dialogue between certain modded NPCs. I can't remember who exactly it covers though.
