Fable TLC for xbox

There was say that Fable TLC was comming out for the xbox and it even says that on Xbox.com, But I called to the local game spots and they say that there is no release date for it. Dose this mean Canada is not gonna get it ?

Fable LC just shiped in the US today, Oct. 18 so I'd imagine that Canada would be getting their copies shortly.
