Cant tattoo and cut my hair

Hello, i've tried all the way to tattoo myself with the cards i have, tried giving cards to the tattoer and the haircutter, but cant.. i talk to them and always sell them, how can i make it up to get a tattoo or what do i have to do in exact order please, thanks for reading this

When you talk to a barber or tatooist, there is no option to Sell, only Buy. Sounds like you're problem is that you're not talking to the right people.

i meant its only option to buy, and yes i talk to a tattooer but, how i activate it for getting that tattoo i wish?, the tattooer do it? or its like using a potion?

Please its just a simple question i need help, someone pleas ebother to answer this question, how i use a tattoo card or a haircutt card?, whats the steps to get it?.. i dont really know..

Finding the cards just adds more styles to your choice. You have to find a tattooist/barber and 'buy' the haircut/tattoo from them to get that particular style on your character.

In other words, that card is available automatically when you find it.

alrighty, when i buy it i automatically get the tattoo on my body? or how i use it? i dont have to trade it to the tattoer or use the item? cause i cant use the item..
