When going to the statue room I cannot active the rune on top . I have been through this manyl times using the walk through as a guide and still cannot active rune. Its suspose to work like an elevator. any advise. Thanks John

Did you use [url="http://www.gamebanshee.com/dungeonlords/walkthrough/sruinskingstonsarea.php"]our walkthrough[/url]? You'll have to go through a sequence with Lord Kingston before arriving at the top of the pedestal. Only then will it work like an elevator.

Yes and it still will not work

What exactly isn't working? Did you go through the shadow gates? Did you navigate the shadow realm islands?

I followed the walk through for that part of the game and I cannot active the rune at the top of the pedestal. it will not lower and I cannot use it as as elevator. I ahve been through it many time with the same results. Cannot figure out what is wrong. Please advise, Thanks , John

This would be easier if you'd be more descriptive about what the problem is. Have you made it to the top of the pedestal? If you have, then you should just need to press the SHIFT key (or whatever your action key is) when you're close to the rune glyph. That should activate the rune glyph and lower the pedestal.
