How do I get Heal scroll from bookcase in Cuthbert Church basement???

I cant figure it out. Am i stupid, or is this related to the looting bug??? Ive installed patch 2 and 3, though have not been back to a lootable corpse since then. Any help from anyone??

The Heal scroll is not in the basement, but rather upstairs. Just north of Calmert is a stairway going up, and just at the top of the stairs is a bookcase you can open like a chest. Mouse over it, and the arrow will turn into a hand.
