Crash at end cutscene

I've been playing KotOR recently, (kinda late, yeah I know) and it runs really smooth, just until I've defeaten Malak. In the cutscene following the one where Yoda-senior and the admiral has spoken about winning the battle and where the Ebon Hawk might be, the classical "blahblah has encountered an unknown problem", and I'm forced to shut down.
Would be really grateful for any kind of help, the game has been patched to 1.03, and it has been running smooth so far on my Geforce 7800 GTX, 1024 ddr2ram, 3.6 Ghz computer.

Maybe try loading it again and again, and if that doesnt work then you might have to start over. Sorry.

That is weird, though. Your specs look good enough...
Do you hit any buttons while watching the end scene. I know once I nailed a few accidentally and it skipped the credits, and another time it shut down the game. A third time I was playing it through and my system had an error.
Whether or not this is KotOR based, I do not know. Have you checked around to make sure that your problems have been answered in the search option? I doubt it though... this looks and sounds new.

Got the problem fixed, and as with many KotOR-problems, it was a ridiculous one. Apparently, I was gassed up on adrenals, and my health was really low. So, as I noticed way to late, some of the adrenals grant a hp-bonus which they later withdraw- which caused poor Revan to die just when he was going to get his medal in the very last cutscene
So, I simply played the fight against Malak over again, ending up with a decent amount of hp's this time, and it worked out fine. Thanks for the help anyways!
