I imported a party from SOA into TOB. Two of them were equiped with greenstone amulets (from a mordenkinans' sword spell). When I try to take the amulet off I get a message like 'you can't remove this' or something like that. Has anyone else run into this problem?

Also my main character had the Ring of Gaxx, red dragon scale and a ring of protection +2 on. I took the ring of prot. off to put on ring of human influence (while buying some equipment). Later when I got into a battle I realized that I hadn't switched rings. But when I tried to put the protection ring back on it said I couldn't due to other equipment I was wearing. I assume this means the armor, but it let me do it before. This is very frustrating.....Any suggestions?

The only way to get the greenstone amulet off is to use its charge, and that makes it disappear forever.

1) The Ring of Protection/Red Dragon Scale:
This is no bug. It is simply caused by the fact that the Red Dragon Scale is now considered magical, and so won't allow the use of "xx of protection". This is a correction of the bug in SoA which marked the armor as non-magical. (So, in fact, we've all been using a bug to cheat somewhat )

2) Greenstone Amulet:
In SoA, Mordenkainen's Sword was never meant to drop the Amulet, so the designers changed to item's properties to "non-droppable". This change causes your problem. So, this is a corrected bug from SoA too. To unequip the amulet, use all of it's charges or sipmly use Shadowkeeper to get rid of it.
