Just wondering if anyone could explain to me why I'm getting attacked in the stores in Luskan (Host tower)??? The smith, mercantile store and Colmarr all attack me when I enter their places! I'm currently half-way up tower and when I go back to town I end up killing all the merchants coz they have become hostile.........is this meant to happen? Thanks.
