I can't recall exactly where it is located these days, but there is a mod you can get called "The Happy Patch," which prevents any party members from leaving due to alignment issues.
Failing that... At a certain point in the game you will gain the ability to automatically lower your party rep. I don't want to go into detail, however, because I have no idea how well you know the game, and I don't want to provide too many spoilers.

Other than the patch, he eventually will leave due to his chaotic evil nature. Unless you lose some rep points real quick he is gonna bolt.

Kill in trademeet after you have done all the quests, therefore you will never have to go back and face the red civilians.

Cumbersome but more eloquent.
Have Viconia join your party. Instant -2 to rep.
Korgan will stay in a party with an 18 rep. So with the max rep of 20 all you need to do is have Viconia join and it is back to 18.
So your crusing along and suddenly your rep goes up to 19. Either pre ditch Korgan, or ditch him straight away and ask him to stick around. Ditch Viconia, you rep goes up to 20. Get Viconia to join, rep back to 18, Ask Korgan back along. Sometimes I have to watch the timings on this but I've played with Korgan in a high rep party all the way through using this strategy. - Curdis !

But- if you intend to keep a paladin in the party or have the paladin npc join, then he will eventually brawl Viconia, and/or Korgan. So it really depends on if the dwarf is that important to you.

I'm not sure where the Happy Patch is, but you could just download the Ease of Use mod:
http://weidu.org/ease.html
When installing - just pick to install the Happy group component, or you can install other components.

Well that's not right.
Keldorn will fight with Viconia eventually, however he will not fight with Korgan.
Even so, you can get mods that prevent NPC's leaving because of other party members.

The "Happy Patch" is as far as I am aware the Happy NPC component of that mod

As DJ VEnom pointed out Keldorn will not fight with Korgan he actually respects him in some strange way. It is Viconia and/or Edwin that he will come to blows with.

If you get an evil NPC after your reputation is over 18 there should be no problem regarding him leaving the party.
Moreover Viconia and Keldorn never came to blows in my games...

my bad on the goof, forgot it was Edwin and not Korgan.
