1st - Lost Bay - By Silver Key Chest.
2nd - Necropolis - By Demon Door?
3rd - Northern Foothills - when you enter there's a broken wall to the left when your going north, fish there and you got the elixer. DO NOT go past the bridge.

New Tattoo taken out, I didn't look in the Torso area, but looked in Chest >.< my mistake.
