Hi,

I've acquired the keys from the temple but when I'm inside the prison I can't open the secret door?

This should be in the Throne of Bhaal forum. And I think you have to put that ghost's soul to rest to open it iirc.

Which door are you talking about? Is it the hidden door near the entrance to the dungeon (West of where you walk in)?

If so, then a) You don't have to use it - just go around (Head east)
and b) Key is used only for opening the door into the dungeon, and you can pick the lock if you have a high enough skill I think.
