Maybe I'm just slow on the uptake and this is already well known, but I just accidently bumped into BG2's entry at Wickipedia, here:

Try the
A collection of memorable quotes from the Baldur's Gate series of role-playing games, developed by BioWare and published by Interplay. part. I haven't read it all, but I'm having a damn good time.

Minsc has his own entry. No one can argue that he doesn't deserve it.
The voice actors for
Nalia and Viconia,
Aerie, and
Xzar also have their own entries. It's interesting to see the other work they've done. For example, Frank Welker did the voice of Abu in
Aladdin and "The giant pack animal" in
Stargate. Melissa Disney (Imoen) recently added photos to
her official website, so you can see what she looks like.

These entries aren't surprising, since Wikpeidia is what contributors make of it. Personally, I think BG2 deserves an entry, in any case. It was a classic title, a high water mark in some respects for RPGs.
Minsc, rating an entry? That, I'm not so sure about...

Forget a Baldur's Gate entry. They have an entry for Giant Space Hampsters!

Naturally Minsc should have his own entry... How else will the ignorant discover the teachings of Boo if Minsc isn't featured in Wikipedia? Like Plato was to Socrates, the philosophy of Boo will be lost to the ages if his works are not conveyed by his followers, the greatest of which was, of course, Minsc (though the lack of scripture is more due to the fact that Boo is incapable of writing, rather than refuses to do so).
Having met multiple Giant Space Hamsters in my day I also believe they should have their own entry. They are charismatic creatures, it is a shame they are hunted nearly to extinction by Papua New Guinean's who use their gigantic fur pelts as throw rugs. I will be traveling to PNG later in the year to petition the government to establish habitats for these gentle creatures, in an attempt to curb their destruction. Any donations are appreciated.
