Not sure if I missed something or came a cross a bug. I'm in the Guardian Section of the Shadow Stones Area in Shadow Ruins. I see the three statues in the middle and the walkthrough says there should be active shadow gates on the East, West and North side of the room to get the stones to activate the guardians. Currently, the only active gate is the one I came through. The rest are empty cubbys.

Did I miss something?

Go through the active shadow gate (west) and find a chest hidden on one of the islands. Inside you'll find a shadow stone that will activate one of the gaurdians. Kill the gaurdian and another gate will open leading to more islands with yet another hidden chest, repeat. There are directions in the walkthrough to find the chests. D

Okay. For some reason I thought they were all up at once. I'll try that out.

Shadow Ruins, Shadow Stones Area

I am glad that you asked that question, I kept searching and searching, and noticed that the gates are not exactly n.s.e.w and that was throwing me off. I did notice though that when I saved in the area with the 3 statues, that when i came back in from restarting my game that the shadow gates were all going, but as soon as i moved towards one, they would all shut off but the one I came through. I kept rereading the walkthrough for that area and just could not get my mind wrapped around it.
