Could some one tell me what is up with the all the numbers in parentheses for various items in the game? For example, when you look at the stats of a weapon, you could see something like: "Damage 122 (-110), Cost 4536 (-35)". Or Attractiveness +10 (0). Or Mana Shield (-143 to Alignment). What do these things mean?

This was actually brought up recently.

Firstly, the damage one means compared to your current weapon. So if it's (+25) it will do +25 more damage.

Cost means the discount/ripoff you are getting, such as if someone has more in stock, or has less.

Attractiveness relates to the current clothes/tattoos too.
