We know there will be traditional guilds like mages, guild fighters gild etc. I would like to know, if there will be my favorite imperial legion again and if there will be possible to join big houses like in Morrowind?

No Imperial Legion or Nine Divines (Ability to join)
No Mark and Recall

What a shame :(

They're not doing Morrowind. They're leaving out some MW game elements, and putting in others. Instead of criticizing them for having left out your favorite guild, why not wait and see how they handle the whole idea of guilds this time around? How interactive they are? What challenges they present?

Any discussion of Mark and Recall doesn't belong in this thread. And it's been very well established in any case that there are substitute methods of travel which were lacking from MW. Once again, it's important to evaluate a game title on the implementation of the features it has after you play it, taking into account the entire package rather than focusing on a single element.

Sure, when the game will be finally released. My friends and I send them a lot of feedback, so if they want to leave something out ... so it is, it is their business, their decision. I'm just a little bit disapointed. I thought according to the main story in Oblivion, you can join the Legion. The other guilds are actually the same as in Morrowind with the exception of the arena, which might be fun. The other difference is that the Dark Brotherhood is now playable. How far will be the guilds developed and in which way, well lets see. I see Oblivion in very positive way and I think it will be a very interessting discussion, when the game finally apears. I know it is impossible to please every fan, however as fan, I have the right to say, hey guys, I dislake this and that and I like this and that. Of course I'm happy about the inovatons the idea e.g. of horses in Oblivion is in my opinion very interesstting and I'm very anxious to try it.

Ever Elder Scrolls is differnet and special in its own way. I think they will replace the guilds with something else. Like maybe since because it takes place in the capital they will have some type of goverment partys?

The guilds have been anounced, but i wouldnt be surprised if there werent other factions you could do quests for, even though you may not be officially a memeber (remember the Twin Lamps?) TES 3 had governmenteque style factions that were a big part of the game, it may mention a few parties but i doubt anything big, i do hope you get to build a house again, its nice to have a personal manor, i know you can buy houses, but id like one made to order.

A guil id like to see but will probably have to wait for TES 5 for is a workers/commoners guild, there are all these profesional guilds, but why not a guild for the common farmer, a labor union of sorts to speak up in governemnt for the little guy.

Even if there aren't the guilds people want or expect, you can bet modders will provide at least half a dozen, complete with elaborate systems of quests, within 6 months. There are modders now from MW who did excellent work that are just drooling to get their hands on Radiant AI.
